Through a grant awarded by the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, the 10th Circuit Family Violence Coordinating Council provides a coordinated response to family violence in our communities.

Illinois Central College Children First Program
Participation in the Children First Program is mandated for parent(s) of minors in dissolution of marriage proceedings under the authority of the Tenth Judicial Circuit and is mandated by the Illinois Supreme Court Rule 924. The program is a four-hour session held at the Illinois Central College. Evening, weekend, and day classes are available. For more information please call 309-690-6900.
