Odyssey Guide & File
Self-represented litigants can now use Odyssey Guide & File, a free online service available to create and file court forms. Odyssey Guide & File is an easy-to-use application to help the self-represented litigants generate legal documents for certain types of case filings. Working much like popular tax preparation software, it guides users through a series of questions to automatically generate and file court forms.
As a web-based tool, it offers self-represented litigants the flexibility of completing interviews anytime, from anywhere. It can also reduce the number of erroneous filings for the court and decrease staff time spent answering self-represented litigants’ questions. Simply complete the interview, generate forms and submit the filing either electronically, at the counter, or via mail. Get started today »
Once you have e-filed your forms you will receive multiple emails, one for each form filed and one for each form that has been accepted by the Circuit Clerk's Office.
The following links are direct links to the first page of each interview. Access to all interviews is available via Odyssey Guide and File. Please click here for an instructional video on how to easily navigate Odyssey Guide & File's Petition for an Order of Protection interview. This program works the same as the other interviews listed below, but the questions will vary based on which interview you select.
