When a document has been eFiled, you will receive an email stating that your filing was submitted. Once the filing has been accepted in the Clerk's Office, it will be admitted to the case.
Ways to see your filing include:
- You will receive an email stating that the filing has been accepted. Click on the links contained in the email to view and print your document.
- Go to the Peoria County Portal to retrieve the document
- If the filing requires a Judges signature, the order will be unsigned in the email link. The order will be placed into the Judges queue for signature. The filing attorney will be responsible for going to the portal and sending the documents to opposing counsel after they are entered.
